Our family (2 grandparents, 2 parents, and 2 kids) stayed here and enjoyed our time here. Out the back of this cabin is a short walk to the gorgeous, quiet Lake Kenai. There is a nice little beach area and fishing gear was provided- we didn't catch anything but spent a few pleasant hours trying and enjoying the view. A little farther walk away is a beautiful riverbed leading into the lake- wide open area with no one else there and we saw a bald eagle sitting on a fallen tree when we arrived; there is also a view of a mountain with a glacier- drop dead gorgeous place.
The house was very clean and well appointed. The twin bed is on the small downstairs landing outside 2 of the bedrooms and a bathroom so wouldn't work for someone easily disturbed- our 8 year old slept here and loved it though.
Just be aware that the nearest real grocery store is in Seward and with the current roadworks it can add a lot of time to what your GPS says. But, if you want a peaceful place with a gorgeous view and between Cooper Landing and Seward this is a good option.
