Villa Alexander is a beautiful white-washed palazzo style villa that is a little classical, a little contemporary and a little funky! Set in lush gardens, with large sun terraces set around the heated, glittering private turquoise pool. The large pool terrace, dining balcony, funky relaxing outdoor furniture and the beautiful gardens of palm trees, flowers, citrus trees and lush borders really set it out as one of the most beautiful holiday villa's in the area. One of the reasons guests come back year after year and describe it as "stunning".

The entrance level is an open planned living area, furnished with comfortable sofa's, a wood burning stove (so all evenings are warm ones all year around) and a sleek fully equipped stylish modern kitchen with a large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven & gas hob. This level opens onto a large balcony overlooking the lower gardens, terraces & pool with a dining table that will sit eight and an outside sofa and chairs ideal for evening or pre-dinner drinks.

Downstairs is the bright, spacious & cool pool lounge with a sprawling modular sofa, ping pong table, flat screen smart TV and DVD player. A white washed corner fireplace makes the place glow and gives a fabulous warm treat for those who stay during the early spring and late autumn, winter season. Another special treat on this level is a master bedroom and shower room away from the rest of the bedrooms. Sliding doors open onto the large sun-drenched heated turquoise pools flanked with palm trees, tables and chairs, terraced gardens, some seriously funky pool furniture and plenty of sun beds. Unlike a some of the other villa's we have the space for all guests to spread out around the pool very important if you need to be next to small children in the shallow pools. What more do you want?

Whilst some of our neighbour's villa's sleep 12 people we kept to 8 despite our larger pool and garden size so to keep our offering spacious, luxurious and exclusive. Who wants to be packed in around the pool side?

Summer at Villa Alexander is about being outside whether in the sun or in the shade, so we have gone the extra to really try to make the gardens, poolside & terraces set us apart from the other villas in the region.

Included: The villa is equipped with towels for both use in the bathroom and the beach. Each group of guests will receive a well stocked welcome pack. If you are are staying for two weeks or longer the villa will be cleaned once a week and all the bed linen and towels will be changed.

POOL HEATING: We include pool heating in the cost of hire for April & May as well as September & October so there are no extra's to factor in.

Our local manager, Marian meets all guests within the first 24 hours and can help with any queries or questions during the stay.

Because of it's size the villa is ideal for large family groups, has a cot & highchair facilities, as well as bed guards and an anti-child rail on the stove top making it one of the safest villa's in the area for small children.

To maintain our personal commitment to the environment we heat all of the villa's internal water by solar panels where possible.
