Notre propriété est propre, confortable et accueillante. Créole Nest IV offre Voyage pratique à toutes les attractions du centre ville. Nous sommes à 10 minutes du centre-ville de quoi que ce soit. Cuisine complète, 1 lit queen size, 1 lit queen size canapé. 1 salle de bain complète. Tous les ustensiles, verres, tasses, pots et grille-pain sont inclus. Nous fournissons Keurig cafetière avec café, le sucre et la crème. S'il vous plaît venez visiter Le créole Nest IV! Nous serions très heureux de vous recevoir!

Too old for this location
The unit was perfect for our group. The location, however, is only a half block off Bourbon Street. The roar of the people on Bourbon Street, garbage trucks, and pressure washers fill the air most of the night and early morning hours. If you're going to New Orleans to whoop it up and want the convenience of being close, this unit is perfect! If you want some sort of quietness when you're ready to crash or visiting for any other purpose other than partying on Bourbon Street, keep looking for a better location away from the noise.

In the thick of it!
The location is killer - right in the heart of the French Quarter! And the space is massive - there was tons of room to spread out and sure was great having a king bed! But as others have mentioned - if you aren’t ready to be in the thick of it and expect quiet when you sleep, probably best to look elsewhere. One room was interior and totally quiet, but the one adjacent to the street is extremely loud - like pretty much curling up on Bourbon loud. My wife and I didn’t really mind, but as a caution to others - know what you’re getting into. The living room abuts the street, too, so we had to pause our movies for stretches until the volume went down and we could hear again. A kitchen rundown for those cooking in: it’s not quite one of those places that chucks everything after every guest, but pretty close. There was salt and pepper, a bit of oil, but that’s about it. There was plenty of silverware. Pans and utensils were present but okay - they did the trick. There was one useable non-“steak knife” so if you want to do much prep consider bringing your own. The unit could use some TLC, but with the amazing location, I’d bet it gets used HARD. Especially being here on the tail end of Mardi Gras. While the kids loved it, don’t think I’d stay here again with the family, but I’d totally come back for the guys trip where someone is going to be passed out dead to the world anyway.

Location, Location,Location!
This apartment is a 3rd floor, 2 Bedroom, 2 bathroom with Kitchen and living room. We had 4 adults in the unit my husband, Myself and kids 26 and 27-yr olds. All in fairly good shape. Although there is an elevator, The unit is located in the back of the building So it's a very long walk from the entrance. Can be daunting when you're in and out of the unit all day. Be warned that the parking is very costly And not always readily available close to the unit. Our only complaint is that because you're just off Bourbon St. It is incredibly loud!!! They definitely need some sound proofing! Kids didn't hear much inside the unit in the 2nd bedroom.The master bedroom and living room are the worst, as that's where the huge windows are. If you're not a very heavy sleeper, you're going to have trouble sleeping. Earplugs and white noise machine are a MUST! Our first night there was a nightmare. It felt as though we were sleeping on the street in Times Square on New Years Eve. The noise doesn't subside till around 4am just in time for the garbage trucks, street sweepers and homeless ppl to start yelling up and down the streets. Not only is it blaring music,drum buckets, and yelling/fighting , but the garbage / recycling truck was so loud that I literally jumped from the bed thinking someone was banging on the door! Other than the noise it's a very nice unit and fantastic location, very convenient To everything! Just don't forget your earplugs and white noise machine.
