Bottom line: This is a great house in a great location in a great city run by a great host.
This house was a perfect choice for our 30-day visit to Boise. It was clean and comfortable and ready for an early check in. It feels bigger than it looks because it is efficiently laid out. The bathroom is large, especially for this sized house, the bed is comfortable, the Wi-Fi is fast, the kitchen well supplied, and the backyard space is a nice place to relax. The host, Jody was amazing and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. We mistakenly thought the house was missing a particular amenity and Jody was able to provide one even though it was not part of the listing. He checked on us regularly to make sure we had everything we needed. When a storm caused a tree branch to fall over the electric line to the house, Jody arrived within an hour to take care of it. The home was well stocked for our needs but not overstuffed. We've stayed at some properties where the closets, drawers, and cupboards were so stuffed with unnecessary things that we had no space for our belongings - this house struck a perfect balance. As nice as the house is, the location made it even better. It's perfectly situated to explore Boise and the surrounding area. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and very walkable. The house even came with bicycles (our first rental to provide bikes) which was so nice with the Boise River Greenbelt a short ride away.
If you are considering a stay in Boise, be sure and check out this house. The house, location, and host simply cannot be beat. If you are not planning a trip to Boise, you should plan one - you won't be disappointed in all this city has to offer and then be sure to stay in this house.
