La maison de vacances Spence Villa est située dans une communauté fermée appelée Little Bay Country Club au large de Norman Manley Road. Le charme, le calme,
quartier coloré est équipé d'une sécurité de 24 heures. Les clients qui restent avec nous auront accès à l'installation de loisirs communautaire Club House; toilettes privées, vestiaires et douches extérieures. Le quartier continue de subir des projets pour améliorer la communauté tels que la mise en place de courts de tennis et d'un filet de basket. Le Club House possède une piscine à débordement qui surplombe une crique de plage privée. Le tout à quelques pas de la porte d'entrée de cette maison de vacances meublée de 2 chambres.

Ce qui est inclu?
- peut accueillir de 1 à 5 personnes
- Cuisine équipée avec réfrigérateur, congélateur, cuisinière avec four, micro-ondes, bouilloire, casseroles / poêles, vaisselle, verres et couverts (les articles ne doivent pas quitter la propriété)
- Table de salle à manger pour 6 personnes
-Salle d'eau au rez-de-chaussée (salle d'eau)
-Blanchisserie (laveuse / sécheuse) NON disponible pour les clients
-La chambre principale arrière dispose d'un lit king-size, de la climatisation, d'un balcon de sortie (face à la route principale) et d'une salle de bains privative (douche debout)
-Chambre avant a un lit queen size, climatisation et balcon qui fait face à la communauté.
-Salle de bain complète au deuxième étage
-La salle de bain sera rénovée l'été prochain (2020) les douches sont bien ajustées
-Lit superposé au rez-de-chaussée (double taille en bas / simple en haut)
-La salle commune au rez-de-chaussée dispose de la climatisation; veuillez noter que les fans ne fonctionnent pas pour le moment. Câble T. V HD et lecteur DVD
- Aucun câble disponible dans les chambres uniquement au rez-de-chaussée.
- Wifi et accès Internet disponibles (ne partagez pas les mots de passe-merci!)
-Passe à l'arrière-cour et au patio (des instructions et une démonstration seront fournies sur la façon d'ouvrir et de fermer les portes-fenêtres, * le patio est en construction *
- l'arrière-cour est en construction, les lumières / prises sont remplacées et le plancher du patio doit être terminé
-La fuite d’AC quand ils sont laissés en marche pendant de longues périodes créant de la condensation, la même chose se produit avec la machine à glaçons du réfrigérateur. Si ce genre de choses vous aggrave, cette maison pourrait ne pas vous convenir, la villa est comme un super cottage
-la communication est importante pour nous car nous vivons à Toronto et ne sommes pas au courant de tout.
-Cette villa est similaire à un environnement de style chalet, veuillez garder cela à l'esprit. Les photos sont mises à jour.

We spent 6 weeks in this condo; a working washer and dryer is essential for this long of a stay. 2 days prior to our arrival, we were informed the dryer wasn't working but would be fixed upon the owner's arrival Feb. 8th. Once he arrived, we were told a dryer wasn't available so we had to hang our clothes outside, causing a huge inconvenience. The owner suggested we use a public laundromat but we did not feel safe in doing so, nor did we want to spend our time sitting inside of one, taking time away from our vacation. The mattress in the 2nd bedroom sags on both sides and there is a hump in the middle. We addressed this with the owner who promised a replacement, but one never arrived during our 6 week stay. When we arrived, the shower in the main bathroom was not operational nor was the TV remotes and ceiling fans. After several visits by maintenance, the shower and fans were fixed but we had to wait 2 weeks before getting replacement remotes, causing frustration when wanting to watch tv. The back porch light did not work causing a safety issue. The owner, who was well aware of this, finally had the light fixed after our 4th week stay. Other problems with the condo include a loose faucet in the powder room, main shower heavily stained with mold, shower hose had hole in it, shower heads clogged, toilet in master bathroom leaks, screen door in master bedroom off the track and no screen in the front door. Although we were in constant communication with the owner regarding these problems, there was always an excuse as to why these issues could not be addressed. The maintenance on this condo has been neglected and we do not recommend anyone staying here.

Very nice just like the photos!
We had a really nice time in Negril! Little Bay is one of the first private homes before you get into town. We were very pleased with our home for the 6 nights we stayed. We had a rent a car so it was very easy for us to get around. My husband is a morning person and walked to the resorts every day along the 7 mile beach. The security guards were so nice and friendly. We did not have a beach view from the house, but definitely loved our stay here. The house was great! everything you needed there to cook and have family meals. It would have been great itf there was an outside BBQ.. But that ok I enjoyed cooking in the beautful kitchen. The pool is great and we enjoyed snorjking all around the private beach. We had a lovely time!

Perfect charming place to be................
Our stay at Little Bay Country Club was just heaven. The location was perfect if you want to be at a quiet place, yet you are so close by to all the other activities as well all along the 7 mile beach. The charming 2 bedroom was just perfect and could not asked for anything better being at Negril. The private beach area was just heaven. We had the whole pool house and beach area all to ourselves. It was incredible. The instructions on how to handle the doors, remotes to fans, AC and TV was all in the instruction book. It took some doing, but overall, it all worked out great. We want to come back again. I loved it so much. Thank you for having us.

Cal is retired and lives on the island nearby to the villa and Dahlia travels back and forth often. The couples daughter, Samantha, is the reservations coordinator and will be able to answer any questions planning your upcoming trip. She can make suggestions for transportation, excursions, attractions in the area, restaurants or bars to see or beaches to visit nearby.

At a young age, Cal and Dahlia dreamed of owning a beachfront property for their family to enjoy in Negril, Jamaica. A country rooted deeply in history, culture and tradition. Jamaica is known for its laid-back atmosphere and its beautiful beaches.

This property is in a gated community with 24 hour security. It has a private beach, infinity pool and club house access. The colorful houses, natural beauty and friendly atmosphere are perfect for anyone looking for a vacation surrounded by serenity. Enhancement projects are ongoing for the community such as: improved paved roads, additional outdoor lighting, a tennis court, basketball net and a visible security entrance lounge.

Little Bay Country Club is a charming gated community that enjoys a private beach, clubhouse, infinity swimming pool, and 24-hour security. The beach leads onto the clear waters of Little Bloody Bay, where a protected fish sanctuary means that there are no motor boats or fishing allowed and one of the most incredible snorkeling environments on the island.

This beautiful vacation property is private with friendly neighbors and visitors from all over the world. The house itself is fully furnished and air-conditioned. It has a walkout to a quaint backyard with patio (currently in development), bunk beds for extra bedding, a washroom on the main floor, two bedrooms with own bathroom access. Full Kitchen, basic cable tv on the main floor only and internet access. It is driving distance (20 minutes) to many amenities: gas stations, restaurants and tourist attractions. The community is located in the resort capital of Negril bordering Hanover off the main road Norman Manley Road) and is before the RIU club hotel facility on the right hand side.
