A Tranquil Retreat with Stunning Views

Cleanliness is a top priority for me when choosing accommodations, and this apartment exceeded my expectations. It was spotless, and every detail was well-maintained. I immediately felt comfortable and at home. The apartment itself is cozy and well-appointed. The kitchen had everything I needed to prepare meals, and the living area was comfortable for relaxation. The bedrooms were comfortable, and I appreciated the peaceful nights' sleep. Oberhofen is a charming village with a picturesque lakeside promenade, and it was just a short walk from the apartment. I enjoyed exploring the area, taking leisurely strolls along the lake, and dining at the local restaurants. Exceptional Experience
We had an exceptional stay in this beautiful chalet overlooking Lake Thun. The apartment is on a top floor of the host’s residence, and Peter graciously met us to provide the key, show us the apartment, and provide instructions. A mere description of the view does not do it justice – even the photos you will see with this property listing will not prepare you for the incredible beauty seen from the balcony of this home. You’ll just have to experience it yourself! Because the very friendly hosts live on site, they obviously take great pride in their home and in this apartment and it shows. Everything was thoughtfully laid out and decorated. The kitchen is small but extremely efficient, and the beds are comfortable. There is plenty of storage for your clothing and luggage in both of the bedrooms. The apartment is located in a lovely residential area and it’s a short walk to a grocery store and a couple of restaurants. There is a parking spot in front of the home available by request, and this was very convenient for us as we were traveling by car. This beautiful property was the perfect base for our exploration around the area and to experience the Jungfraujoch. We would definitely stay here again.

Great view and a comfortable apartment
In a way this is a typical Swiss Chalet - facing magnificent mountains, with a view of a distinctly pretty castle or 'schloss' and with a lovely, responsive host who lives on the bottom floor. The inside was a welcome surprise - a very modern and well-equipped kitchen provided all that's needed to cook well, and a front terrace to enjoy the view with a cup of tea or coffee.

Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter, Wohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Aussicht ist wunderschön. Sehr empfehlenswert, ausser in den Wochen wo wir dort sind:))
