We throughly enjoyed the warmth and calm we experienced just entering the home. Thank you!
The entire process was seamless and Jack was very responsive to all our inquiries. The view of the water is lovely, and once the pool warmed a bit, we were able to enjoy it! I really appreciate the fact that we could get to several small and larger towns within a short drive! I highly recommend that property if you are looking for a wonderfully quiet and peaceful getaway!
This house was absolutely perfect, great view!
The house was beautiful, you walk into a large, open-concept kitchen living room with a working fire place! It is very quaint and cozy! The view from the large windows in the living room is magnificent! It looks out over the ocean! It is difficult to describe how peaceful and gorgeous it is to look out on this view! The kitchen is well stocked. There are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms all well equipped, comfortable and nicely decorated! We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again.
Quite and relaxing
Quite location located on the water where unwinding and relaxing was in order after long trip across the New England countryside making our way to Nova Scoita
Beautiful home & Great location!
My husband & I rented this home with 3 other couples. Ample
space for all. The home exceeded out expectations. Its located
in an area that's private with an ocean view, but close to Halifax,
Peggy's Cove, Lunenburg, and many golf courses. A heated pool
and 2 patios were great when staying in to unwind. The owner shared
many tips and advice that helped make out trip memorable.
Home away from home
We had such a wonderful time at this lovely property. Our every need was anticipated so we didn't need to buy a ton of little extras to make ourselves comfortable. The kids loved the warm swimming pool and sauna. The whole family enjoyed evenings by the beach. We were provided detailed info on all local amenities. Overall we were so comfortable we referred to the cottage as 'home'... 'we'll, let's head home!'...after day trips and we were only there a week. Loved it.
Owner is very easy to work with.
I wanted to give a review of the professional way in which the owner dealt with my rental request and unfortunate cancellation. I reserved this beautiful looking vacation home for September 2017 and unfortunately had to cancel due to life changes. Jack was extremely responsive, professional and accommodating. I really appreciated how he handled the reservation and the cancellation and made everything so easy. I will definitely be reserving this home for my future trip to NS as soon as I am able to do so.
I want to think you for your kind comments. I hope that we can host your future holiday in Nova Scotia.
