Fantastic place to stay, lots of amenities within walking distance, underground parking and a good neighborhood. The condo itself was great, has everything you would need and some. The property manager was awesome to deal with, good communication and made sure our stay was up to expectations which it was. Like I said, I'll be staying there again next time we're in Winnipeg for a weekend.
Joshua and his friends were absolutely fantastic. I would welcome them into my anytime! Friendly, quiet and phenomenally clean. Thanks for staying. Hope to see you again!
Sparkling clean modern condo
My husband and I rented this two-storey condo for a long weekend and found it to be perfect in every way — even with underground parking. It was stocked with bed linens, kitchen supplies, spices, abundant towels and shiny elegant appliances. Comfy beds. The location was perfect. Just two blocks off Osborne St in Osborne Village and with lots of easy public transit to almost anywhere you may want to go (zoo, human rights museum, Exchange District, downtown, etc). We didn’t meet Egilio, but check in was simple by following his directions, and it was obvious from speaking with him on the phone that he is proud of his condo and wants everyone to feel comfortable and welcome. I would not hesitate recommending this spot to anyone.
The condo was easily accessible, clean and well equipped. Close to restaurants and shopping. It was a great home away from home. The owner was very helpful and polite. Privacy and security was ensured.
Helen was a fantastic guest. Kind, friendly and kept the suite immaculate. Would def recommend.
Great place to stay
My family enjoyed staying at this condo suite. The location is close to a number of restaurants and because its central it doesn't take long to drive anywhere. With the frigid temperatures it was nice to know that here was an heated underground parking stall available. The manager was quite accomodating and responsive. Any issues he was able to assist right away. I would highly recommend this place.
Great Property and perfect for our needs
This is a great property right in the heart of Osborne Village. Parking was easy and the unit itself perfectly suited our needs. After some initial miscommunication, the owner accommodated us graciously and we enjoyed using the suite for a family visit to Winnipeg. We would highly recommend this unit, and hope to stay there again.
We appreciated the coffee on hand and cleanliness of the suite also.
An attractive and spacious unit, in a good location.
This 2 bedroom unit has 2 bathrooms and a nice living room/dining area which is ideal to a mature family or 2 couples. The kitchen is attractively decked out with modern appliances, indeed featuring an attractive ruby-red theme. The landlord is excellent and responsive. Checking in was easy. We also enjoyed the proximity to Osborne Village, with good restaurant choices nearby, at all price points. Access to downtown was quick. We will certainly stay again, next time in Winnipeg.
