La description:

L'appartement a deux niveaux. Au premier étage, vous trouverez une cuisine entièrement équipée (réfrigérateur, plaque de cuisson, four, lave-vaisselle, lave-linge et sèche-linge) donnant sur le séjour, très lumineux.
Dans le séjour se trouve un canapé-lit (2 places), ainsi qu'une table a manger pliante pouvant accueillir jusqu'à six personnes et une télévision (écran plat et wifi). Au même niveau se trouve une chambre avec un lit de 160, ouvrant sur un petit jardin prive (avec table et chaise pour 4/6 personnes) et une salle de bain lumineuse et propre, avec baignoire/douche, lavabo, sèche-serviettes et placard. Les toilettes sont séparés de la salle de bain.
Un escalier du séjour au sous-sol qui comprend sa propre entrée privative, un petit salon donnant sur la chambre avec un lit de 160 et un canapé-lit. Le sous-sol, lumineux, dispose d'une deuxième salle de bain, récemment rénovée avec douche, lavabo et sèche-serviettes.

L'appartement est situé à 4 minutes à pied de la Grande Plage et du Casino de Biarritz et à 2 minutes des halles et des rues commerçantes. Tout en étant très central, l'appartement est situé dans une rue calme, a une minute des Halles et du marche frais de Biarritz où vous pourrez trouver tous vos produits frais et de nombreux restaurants et bars.

Quand l'appartement est-il disponible?

De mi-juin à mi-septembre et pendant les vacances, les locations se font idéalement du samedi au samedi. Le reste de l'année, l'appartement peut être loué au week-end ou 2 nuits minimum, à la semaine ou au mois.

Les draps et les serviettes peuvent être inclus moyennant des frais supplémentaires. Nous travaillons avec LocLinge qui vient déposer draps et serviettes propres et les récupérer après chaque départ. Coût approximatif 40 euros.

Les animaux sont strictement interdits.
Il est strictement interdit de fumer dans l'appartement.

Les arrivées se font entre 15 et 18h. Départs à 10h. Selon la disponibilité de l'appartement, nous ferons de notre mieux pour répondre à vos besoins.

A contemporary apartment in the heart of Biarritz in a traditional Basque house. Located in a very quiet street, the apartment is next to the public garden, two minutes walk from the market of Biarritz, four minutes from the casino and the main beach.

Description:

The apartment has two levels. On the first floor a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer) overlooking the living room, very bright.
In the living room is a sofa bed (2 places), and a folding table for up to six people and a TV (flat screen and wifi). On the same level is a bedroom with a bed of 160, opening onto a small private garden (with table and chair for 4/6 people) and a bright, clean bathroom, with bath / shower, sink, heated towel rail and closet. The toilets are separated from the bathroom.
A staircase from the living room to the basement which includes its own private entrance, a small living room overlooking the bedroom with a bed of 160 and a sofa bed. The basement, bright, has a second bathroom, recently renovated with shower, sink and heated towel rail.

The apartment is located 4 minutes walk from the Grande Plage and Casino Biarritz and 2 minutes from the market halls and shopping streets. While being very central, the apartment is located in a quiet street in the center of the market hall where you can find all your fresh produce and many restaurants and bars.

Rental:

From mid-June to mid-September and during the holidays rentals are ideally from Saturday to Saturday. For the rest of the year, the apartment can be rented for the weekend or 2 nights minimum during the week or by the week or the month.

Sheets and towels can be included at additional cost. We work with the local company LocLinge who comes drop fresh sheets and towels and pick up after each departure. Approximate cost 40 euros.

Animals are strictly not allowed.
It is strictly forbidden to smoke in the apartment.

Arrivals are between 15 and 18h. Departures at 10am. Depending on the availability of the apartment, we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
